How conflicts can be eliminated from Pakistan?

Terrorism is the main cause of conflict t which has endangered every thing of the state. It has undoubtedly many networks on different name in different areas of the state. Through which they carry out their nefarious intentions. A number of military operations over them could not root out Taliban due to  duplicity from the side of govt.  The govt discriminate the Taliban with the name of Good and bad Taliban, for their own political interest. According to them good Taliban are in the favor of Pakistan and Bad Taliban are against the state.

This concept of good and bad Taliban has brought bad repercussions to the state and it has made the state unable to compete and defeat these elements.

The arising question is that , Will by just focusing on the terrorist resolve this issue? I think it will absolutely play a main role to eliminate the terrorist network in order to ensure peace in conflict areas though there are same other conditions too which will be mentioned ahead.

How it is possible to wipe out these networks. It depends on the state  policy whether they are interested to eliminate these terrorist networks. if the answer in yes, Then they have have to call on a meeting with military leadership and held dialogue process to make policy. The govt have to ask Military of the nip out of these non stake holders. They should take in confidence the residents of that affected area. Media should back the policy of the govt to show and create the environment of Unity.

After that it will be more reasonable to launch operation against those all terrorist networks which is the cause of destabilization.  The govt will have to leave the word Good and Bad Taliban. This will help to destroy their networks with no doubts and their whole story will be finished forever.

Beyond these all the govt need to provide the basic facilities of life to all citizen. If they are not provided education along with other necessities of life. They will indulge in rebellious activities.  They will get involve in such illegal activities to earn some things for their families. So to turn the minds and attract the disperse mind toward the state’s loyalty is essential to ensure facilitate life to the citizens.

                                           Basic conflict in Pakistan

The soil of Pakistan is surrounded in many problems but the basic problem and conflict is terrorism. It has dashed every ray of hope and prosperity. Terrorism has triggered the system and jammed the wheel of state’s economy and of life.

Though the terrorism has a long history on national level. But it started in full swing after the attack on world trade center in September 11’ 2001 and Taliban and Al-Qaeda were stood responsible of this act. Due to Geographical and strategic importance, Pakistan was compelled by US allies to help the NATO forces to attack Afghanistan as Taliban and Al-Qaeda were found in Afghanistan and international allies wanted to defeat and crush them.

Due porous border of Afghanistan and Pakistan it is impossible to protect their borders from both sides. Thus Taliban shifted from Afghanistan to the Tribal Areas of Pakistan and started to stabilize over here.

From these Taliban different groups emerged Just like Tehrik –e-taliban Paksitan, which was established in 2002 and took active destructive part in 2007 with the state of Pakistan. Thwey claimed to established and Islamic state within the state and declared the constitution of 1973 as unislamic. They termed democracy as a brutal and western system. These things badly affected the image of Pakistan on International level. It also erupted many social and economical problems.

Hence sectarian violence is the production of these elements and this also left no stone unturned in in already worsening situation of Pakistan.

The emergence of different religious groups like Al-Qaeda, Sip-e-Sahaba, Pakistan Lashkar-e-Jhangve, Harkatul- Jinhad Islami, Tehreek-Nafaz-eShariat-e-mohammadi, Afghan Taliban created an insecure situation and helped to create a sectarian violence. These groups are fully active to endanger the state by all means. They have been targeting the minorities too. No one’s life is safe. No one can believe that he will return to its home while going out in the morning to earn the livelihood for their family. The situation of uncertainty and voice of bullet rules everywhere, when high officials and democratic representative are being are shot dead. Businessmen are kidnapped for ransom by Non-stake holder. The govt is looking hapless to help the helpless public.

In this adverse situation even sportsmen and foreign team of sports are refusing to come to herein Pakistan.. Then how can foreign investors will come to invest their money while knowing that its own citizen are not safe. Then how a protection can be granted to them despite claiming of giving security.

So the reality is that terrorist terrorists has snatched the lives of more than 70000 thousands and more than 90 billion US dollars lose. It is the main conflict which need emergent solution.

 Pakistani media capable enough to undertake resolution of conflicts in the country?

Pakistani media has gotten a great importance and influence on citizen. It is playing a main role to educate , and inform the people. Media is that thing on which they and read in electronic and print media. They believe what they see and discuss it among their friends, families and societies.

All the societies if Pakistan have no other source of information without the source of media. So their vital role cannot be sidelined. It is our media who expose illegal and irresponsible activities of  every one. It has flourished the environment of accountability. It guide and tell the right and wrong as a leader to his followers.

Media is enjoying the most influential position in all societies as on all developed and underdeveloped societies to are compel to them.

Nowadays almost majority of population have access to the media. They focus to read things in a newspaper and try to see on TV in order to know that what is going on in our surrounding and within the country.

The world saw the role of media in the regime of Musharraf when he declared Emergence Plus in November 3, 2007 and deposed Judges. It was media which came forward and plainly rejected the unconstitutional act and started awareness among the people.  They fully voiced for reinstatement of Judges and termed it a brutal act. Though they were threatened and their talk shows were banned but yet they support the truth against dictatorial act. Consequently, they got their destination while the backing the successful movement of judges restoration.

This is a living example, in which they did what, which could just be imagined. In the same way if they take responsibility to expose the fact and realities behind these conflicts, I believe that they can do it easily. I am agree that this state Pakistan is one of the most dangerous for Journalists and dozens of Journalists have been put to death in their field. It is also right that they are threatening. But if they try to create a characteristic of balance reporting and put the exaggeration to one side, there would be a great possibility they their lives would be secure. Especially I am pointing to report instead of backing one’s cause.

The other responsibility comes on media industry owners. Their policies about any issue greatly influence the journalism. They always try to care of his own business in place of to serve the society. They discriminate in various incidents. For instance if an incident happens in Lahore they give coverage for hours but the more serious incidents happens in FATA , they just keep it to a ticker. These things are unfair with those who are same citizen of Pakistan.

In nutshell, I will say that if Journalists and media industries show their responsibility to serve the  state and try to have a role I conflict areas. I do hope that their role will able to resolve many issues which have pushed the country to the numerous challenges.

            Pakistani media promoted a conflict or tried to resolve it?

 Pakistani media developed in Musharraf regime as number of media channels were launched including Geo News, Aaj Tv, ARY news, Express Tv, Samaa TV and many other channels started their transmission. Before this there was only one channel which was Pakistan Television which was giving only on e hour news. I mean that Newspaper was the  only source to get news regarding current affairs. There was not reasonable access of one to get information. The credit is undoubtedly, goes to Musharraf that he developed the media industry. These channels gave a way to the flow of information . Electronic media as well as Print media tried to provide quick and clear information according to their followers. This element to attract the readers and listeners toward themselves every media channels is trying her best to influence other due to the environment of competition.

All knows better that the owners of  channels run their  channels run their media industry through advertisement and as the attracts the people toward themselves they will get more and more advertisement which is a guarantee of their stability.

I will give credit to the media that they are playing their role to bring socio-political awareness in an influential way of which it was hard to consider before one and half decade. But still there is a great responsibility lies on their shoulder. They are expected to play their leading role in the state especially in conflict areas.

I think they did not do that in conflict areas Balochistan, FATA, and Khyber Pashtunkhwa which they are doing in protected areas in Lahore.  It has been seen that once an attack was made in AnarKali Bazar of Lahore, media gave full time coverage to it. It is not wrong but the point is that if the more worsening attacks are made in conflict areas; they are not given fully coverage. They are fail to cover the merciful stories of conflict areas. Their education, families, hospitals, come to destruction, they whole story are stopped to only 3 minutes based on only one report.

I am not denying the fact that Pakistan is one of the most dangerous state for journalists. They have sacrificed their lives but it is there duty to unveil the fact and support the aggrieved instead of their channel rating.

                  Pakistan opt for an arrogant neglect policy...???  

This is the question of importance which is beyond of any kind of narrow mindedness that three provinces Khyber PakhtoonKhwa, Balochistan and Sind think and ask time and again that why they are not treated like Punjab. There resources, according to theme are utilized by Punjab as all the key posts of the state and policy maker are from Punjab and they always try to prefer their own province.

They have always been demanded to give then right on every level.

Though 18^th amendment of constitution of 1973 says provincial autonomy but have not implemented as it would have be. Just like equal division of jobs and many more reservation of these provinces.

Besides, the more serious reservation of these is that, they are the victim of terrorism and bomb blast. Bullet riddled mutilated bodies, sectarian violence and target killing is in their fate while Punjab is fully secured. The raised question is that the ask from higher authorities that, Are they not Pakistanis? Have their ancestor not scarified their properties and lives for the cause of Pakistan? Are they able to kill and brutalize?

These are those questions which need reasonable and rational answers. They cannot be deceived and keep in darkness for a long time. They want their right and its provision is the core responsibility on the shoulder of state’s institutions. If there reservations are not taken seriously it may bring unsolvable challenges and consequences to the state. As there are a number of rebellious movements are going on will absolutely trigger the situation, especially I am taking of Baloch people.

In Balochistan rebellious movement, The notable point is that they are some elements in Balochistan who are continuously demanding free state on the name of Balochistan. They are complaining that they are not given their right on their resources from the very first day on the establishment of Pakistan. They are plainly saying that, if they are backed from the foreign elements in the freedom movement they will happily accept it. As they are fighting against the tyranny of the state. According to them Pakistani security agencies are killing and kidnapping their political workers to silent their voice of freedom. They are saying that they will demand until they are recognized as a free nation.

In the same province Balochistan, Pashtoon nation is the second largest nation with 45% of the province, are also complaining that they are ignored since from decades. If this series of negligence is continued, according to them, they will stand up against these marginalized policies. They are saying that they want their identity with their own desired name.

Pashtoons have another complain that their soil is being used for terrorist from decades, which have destroyed our several generations they strongly demand that, it must be eliminated.

These all are those issues which need to hold a composite dialogue to find out a proper way out of these grievances of these nations to ensure peace. The element according to them who exploit them for the stability of only Punjab should be analyzed that where false hood is found. The policy maker should think over that, these people cannot be kept in darkness indeed. If this act is kept repeating it will bring Un bearable and unimaginable bitter results.

 Aggressor and  aggrieved pray in the conflict areas of Pakistan

The ideology of establishing a state main aim was to protect it citizen who are living in within their state and more essential point to mention regarding state was to provide house, water, and meal and today free education and freedom of speech is deemed the foundation of a state. When a state or country is unable to provide these things. Then it is termed a Fail State.

Though the state of Pakistan has many problems to provide security to its citizen but still it struggling hard to ensure peace in conflicting areas. If we mention the a specific area of conflict as North Waziristan. Here Taliban are living from decades and has fired the whole adjacent areas. They use the soil for the intentions to make intrigues against those element who are creating troubles in their way.

Taliban brutally and mercilessly created and creating trouble to the people of that area, as they have been claiming for doing the job of Destruction just like Mehran Airbase, Kaamra Airbase and Jinnah International Airport which were assaulted  in 2011, 2012 and 2014 respectively. They attacked General Head Quarter Rawalpindi which is being the most secured and sensitive place of Pakistan. They are attacking minorities, they have more than 1300 elders of Pahtoon families in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, they have demolished more then 500 school in FATA and Khyber PashtunKhwa. They have destroyed more the 450 Hospitals including Basic Health Unit. They targeted scholars in mentioned above areas. The victimized masques and bazaars, means they let nothing in Fata and Khyber Pashtunkhwa. Due to the existence of Taliban, the innocents of that areas seen the largest IDPS in state history.

These are the Taliban due to whom Drone attacks are being made from April 2004 till now. All the people of that area have becoming ill as almost every home have seen the blood of their lovers.

 Today the govt has launched  an military operation against them in North Waziristan on the name of Zarb-e-Azb. Both govt and military has proclaimed that the operation will continue till to the eradication on Taliban. This Operation has displaced 0.7 million people, according to media reports.

One thing is necessary here to mention that there should be no doubt these Taliban are the Legacy of Zia-ul-Haq who prepare them to fight Soviet Union in Afghanistan on the name of Jihad. These Jihadist were left of utilize them for their own political cause. But today they have become a challenge to security of state. Despite a number of operations they are not been eliminated. Today as a fresh operation has been started on June 15, 2014 as they claimed the attack of Jinnah Airport on June 8, 2014 and attack of June 10 on the academy of ASF.  It will hard to say something before the ending of operation. But one thing should be clear if Taliban are not controlled today it will adopt the shape of Hydrogen Bomb and it will not be easy to stop them from the violent acts within the state and claiming of a state within state.  

One more point to mention that govt must stop to discriminate in Good Taliban and Bad Taliban. If this policy is not stopped then it this process will continue and these innocents of Tribal areas will be brutalized and their destruction will continue on.

                                Peculiarities of the Pakistani conflict

Pakistan has a too much problems regarding conflict. It has various form which has pushed the state to the dozens of perplexities. Its main causes of conflict are terrorism in many areas of Pakistan, Political conflict on national level and provincial level especially in Karachi, religious rivalries on national to local level, Insurgency in Baluchistan, a number of military operation in federally administered Tribal areas and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa . These are those things which has been creating adverse situation in the country. These things have grounded every tool of prosperity of our state like economy. , Foreign Direct Investment FDI,Energy Crises, Unemployment, instability,un peacefulness  and many other social issues.

Today this country is called unsafe and fail state as the claimant claim that its citizen and foreigners are not safe. Their homes are not safe. The world is looking toward this state as a terrorist. They think that it is a state where terrorist are flourishing and there is no system of accountability to ask one of its act.

These people are right in their own own argument. But  core issue is that, when the incident of 9/11 happened which took the whole area of Pakistan and Afghanistan , it made a great deal with this situation to a great extend.

I re polished the legacy of Talibanzation which was not active as a violent group in this area. When United State with its allies attacked Afghanistan it brought bitter result to this state of Pakistan as it have adjacent border with Afghanistan and it cannot save himself from the repercussion of that country.

It was the main thing which worsened the situation of Pakistan which was impossible to overcome the environment of unpeacefulness.

Overall the socio-political environment of state is aggravating day by day due to the crises in every field due to stakeholder and non stake holder. Its miserable condition has depicted the picture of our state as a maligned one. It needs to take solid action to eradicate those all discrepancies which are becoming root cause of these problems. As this nation has already seen obstacles which horrifies to mention.

 Conflict in Pakistan is state manipulated or clash of interest?

The conflict in Pakistan are State Manipulated. In order to safeguard the interest of the state and its citizen, the authorities responsible for the formulation of certain strategies prove often adverse. Consequently , such adverse strategies proves perilous to the interest of the state. Furthermore, these strategies give rise to the conflict. Moreover, Pakistan is a state which constitutes of diverse communities. Reluctantly, these diverse communities get involve in distinct conflicts. Owing to the strategies formulated by the administration.

The state manipulated strategies are proving detrimental and gives rise to the conflict among distinct communities. For instance, the ethnic conflict prevailing among the major group of Islam is these strategies. Furthermore, these policies have given rise to chaos in the societies of Pakistan.

Owing to such policies, Pakistan has became a center of proxy war for the fulfillment or accomplishment of those states enforcing their own belief, ideas , or thinking. For instance, these states are Saudi Arabia and Iran who have made Pakistan to enforce their nefarious designs. Consequently, the policy makers of Pakistan fall prey easily to these states owing to acquire some economic gains. These steps by the international actors could easily be ignored by the administration. Hence, the strategies are proving perilous to the interests of the state of Pakistan.

Similarly, the policies manipulated at the government level gives rise to the conflicts. Moreover, the policies regarding the provinces are also ineffective in the solution of long standing issues among the provinces. These policies do not have the tendency of capacity to solve the conflicts. Reluctantly, such ineffectual policies do give rise to the clash of the interest among the provinces of Pakistan. To sum up, the state manipulated policies have time and again deprived the distinct states of Pakistan, which thus gives to the menace of conflict.

Moreover, regarding the alleviation of terrorism from the society, the inefficient administration has been badly failed to overcome this problem. Furthermore, the ineffective policies have given rise a sense of deprivation among distinct groups. Consequently, these groups resort the use of force instead of availing other amicable means of settling for redressing their grievances. To demonstrate, the thriving of talibanisation is the result of policies. As a consequence, the sovereignty of the state of Pakistan. All in all, the poor policies by the state tend to the product of terrorism and extremism, thus giving rise to diverse conflicts.

                       Stance of socialists on free market economy

Socialism is a political and economic theory  of social organization which advocates that the means of production, distribution and exchange should be owned by the community as a whole.

The socialism has been derived from Latin word socialis, Which refer to social ownership. They refused private property. Socialists think that individual is not able to do something in a better so government should come forward to make economic policies. They stresses that govt should take the economic authority into its own hands. They back govt to regulate the economy. In this philosophy of market economy of socialism, the free market cannot be established as they support governmental control in the market.

Sociologists are of the view that the government should have control on throughout economy of the state. They discourage private economy and enhance that no one should be claimant of his own property as his property is the property of the state.

 According to sociologists there would remain no poor if govt have control on market economy as they will distribute the income among all members of the society.

They think that in this way, to follow the principle of socialism,equality would come and there will be no difference in people. They added that class system would be automatically come to an end.

Sociologists argue that, the poverty take birth by the virtue of rich people who brutally exploit the poor class. They say that rich people will never support such policies which could spur danger to their market hegemony. Therefore rich class always wants to be dominant on the societies.

According to them to eliminate the differences among the societies has one solution, which is to to distribute the earned income of market economy in all the people equally.

If the point of view would analyzed and compare to the Philosophy of Liberalism, it  is quite different. As Liberalism is more appreciable to implement in societies.

Liberalism has very clear cut opinion about free market economy while Keeping in view the welfare of a society. Liberals say  that ,Private economy is the basic right of one. The people of a society should be granted free market with free competition and freedom of contract should be given. In this way a man will try to bring the best results. They permit the govt to specific limit in order to not interfere in basic right of freedom of people. Liberals give more importance to the welfare of society and stresses on, to create equal opportunities instead of equal division of wealth as Liberals want freedom with responsibility and welfare of their society.

In sum, the stance of Socialism is that they want govt interference and fully backs its control on the market because they stresses on equal division of wealth, not equal opportunities.

                                          History of Liberalism

Liberalism has been derived from a Latin word “Liber” which means free. This is a concept of social, economical and political liberty. Liberalism support the freedom of conscience and stresses to provide the liberty to every citizen according to their desire.

In liberalism, the authority of a state comes to an end where one’s personal life is affected. I t gives the lesson of tolerance. It provides the opportunity to welcome other styles in respect to not hurt the belief and feeling of others. Everyone has its own life style , mind set and thinking level on which he would like to lead his life and other have no right to interfere in it.

Liberalism summarizes its four basic principles as are given in the following.

1: Freedom against the state.

2: Freedom to self_ determination based on responsibility and reason.

3: Limitation on political power.

4: Economic self regulation based on private property.

Liberals deem democracy as the most reasonable system to reach its destination in order to secure the individual liberty as it gives much importance to the freedom of belief , individual point of view.

The Philosophy of liberalism emerged in 17^th and 18^th centuries from Europe and North America, though the word “liberalism” was used for the first time in Spain in 19^th century. They demanded for human basic rights like freedom of individual action, tolerance to faith and believe and freedom of Press. They said that government is responsible for the welfare of the public. They demanded from the state to ensure provision of all basic necessities and secure their future.

So liberalism, firstly, strived to get political liberation .They voiced for the freedom of individual and limitation of governmental political influence upon the of citizens.

The philosophy of Liberals was that political power should be restricted to the freedom of the individual, which at itself is limited by the freedom of the others.

But one point must be clear that it doesn't mean to deny the importance of the state. The state must have its constitution to run the system.

One of the important founder of Liberals John Locke (1632-1704) says in his publication “ Two treaties of Govt” that freedom live and private property are unalienable human rights which should be secured by a liberals constitution against discretionary governmental interventions.

Hence Charles De Montesquieu (1689-1755), the father of the idea if separation of Power asked for the division of governmental power in executive power, legislative and Judicative should control each other. Liberals as a principal was first implemented with the bill of rights in England ,in 1689,and 1787 in United State and declaration of human right during the French revolution in 1789. After that, with the passage of time individual right and rule of law was introduced in Europe.

Freiburg School which play a massive role in developing social market economy, tried to counteract exceeding concentration of Power in the economy by regulative politics, says that political power must be downsized as well as social differences must be compensated to reach equality of opportunity. According to them both social and economic liberalism are united.

In nutshell the movement of liberalism is always in motion. Liberalism always change according to the circumstances as the life style is changing with the passage of time.

Does Capitalism lead to increased or decreased social differences?

As Capitalism has already been defined that it is an economic doctrine which is based on private property of the means of production and the regulation consumption and production by free market.

Capitalism has its limits to the market economy. They put their attention on only the own interest. They want to earn more and more to become a rich person in the society. They want to put their hold on the economic market and do not prefer to the equal opportunities. 

Capitalists are of the view that they have gotten the power in economy, so why they will they support others to create an environment of competition to create challenge to their economic imperialism. This thing don’t let them to take a step for the welfare of the society. Their whole focus is on the economic market.

If capitalism is analyzed in-depth and compare to Liberalism. Liberalism is based on free market economy, but the main distinction between these two philosophies is that Liberalism take it just a part of its philosophy as it give more significance to the welfare society and their political and social rights. Liberalism gives importance to equal opportunities and urges on individual right. But capitalism have no space for such things as their priorities in free economic market is to stable oneself without caring of other.

In this scenario of Capitalism, how can one tie hopes of betterment from capitalist. This is not appreciable point to think that capitalists put their eyes just on their  stable future.

A success doctrine on the surface of the world is that (Liberalism) which take care of all the mankind equally with justice. A philosophy which is the most favorable in the right of mankind that will get popularity and people will accept it. The philosophy, like capitalism, can not be accepted which support the powerful elements of society. If such system is introduced in a state or in a society. It will bring bitter results; this will give birth to instability, hatred, class system, injustices, corruption, law and order situation and many more unexpected drawbacks in the society.

When a man as a capitalist get authority and he is all in all in a free market economy without any accountability and responsibility. He cannot be expected to think for the welfare of a common man or labor class. He thinks to stable his own generation and relatives. This thing creates uncertainty and a culture of despair. In a result social disorder take place in the society. A common man strives to break laws and state rules to feed their families by hook and by crook.

In nutshell it can be said that capitalism lead to the social difference though this doctrine support free market economy, as they neglect the social and political aspects of society and want to take hold of the market. This system can not be considered as a perfect doctrine and code of life. The system is that which can deal with members of society equally in each aspects for the welfare of the people, which cannot be found in capitalism. This credit only goes to the Liberalism which take care of each person of a society in every aspect of life.

                                     Liberalism is Capitalism.....?

Before commenting in-depth on the statement that Liberalism is Capitalism? Let’s first define capitalism. Capitalism is an economic and Political system in which a country’s trade and industry are controlled by private owners for profit, rather than by the state where as Liberalism means to remove or loosen restriction on smoothing, typically an economic social or Political system. Hence capitalism is in fact an economic liberalism. But the border of Liberalism is so vast. It is beyond economic rights. Liberalism stresses on the economic Liberalism as well as on the social right for the welfare the people. It stresses on ones political right. There should be no doubt that economic freedom to every citizen is the basic condition for his welfare but social and political are also of the same significance. Without social and Political right only economic liberalism loose its real meaning.

Liberalism strongly depends the basic rights of mankind. If the philosophy of liberalism is downsized to economic liberalism and personal gain and sidelined the social and political rights. Then it cannot be called in its real sense. Because it is the capitalism which focus is just limited to free market and personal property without caring of others.

As Capitalism is the name of economy related activities, But Liberalism is the name of welfare of society, it gives importune on freedom of speech, free thinking and economic liberty is its on necessary point not a whole philosophy.

Liberals believe on the prosperity of all members of society. According to them a stable economy is one in which every citizen can be able to contribute and participate with equal opportunities, where as in capitalism equal opportunities are not in their priorities in free economic market.

Liberals dislike to interfere in one’s business and his personal matters. They recommend the point that the govt should let a person to what he think, consider best for him/herself as everyone knows better about him/herself and govt cannot estimate his abilities and capabilities.

Liberals claim with believe the free market economy is the most proper tool to balance and supply needs and possibilities as compared to feudal and other systems.

Liberalism strongly discourages the social differences where they spur in a society and encourages a peaceful and welfare environment regarding social, economic and political aspect of a society.

                        Liberal civil society in the view of Liberals

Liberalism backs political, social and economic rights of an individual. So looking to this philosophy there will be no confusion to say that liberals think only the system of democracy a pre-requisite for civil society.

There are many system to govern the people and state, for instance Monarchy, kingship, dictatorship, totalitarianism, fascism. These kind of governing have lost their existence in today’s digitized and civilized societies and where it is found, it will come to an end very soon while replacing by Democracy.

Liberals support democracy which is the most popular system of the world. Abraham Lincoln, Ex-president of United States, has defined in very descent words that, a govt on the people, by the people for the people. I mean that Liberals voice for the system to care of the basic right of  human being, which give respect to opinion of a common man, which think of welfare of the public.

Liberals consider it is essential to grant liberty to every citizen in every sphere of life. They think that as mankind came from the cave and adopted the form of social animal, they learnt to recognize wrong and right, correct and in correct, bad and good , legal and illegal, this meant that they got maturity with the passage of time. At last reached to a position where they need  to provide , fully political, social and economic liberty, to serve the mankind with their constructive ideas. They revolted against all brutal laws which had engulfed their fundamental rights.

According to Liberalism, human being sacrificed their lives for the betterment and a stable future. They got achievements to an applaud able extend. They snatched their rights while it is freedom of speech, profession, education, economic liberty and social freedom. They always voiced against those element who striven to grab their basic right of living. They came to the street against those systems which didn't care of their feeling and welfare. They discourage those all thing which tried to make their hold on the society illegally and unconstitutionally. This system which was termed democracy.

Democracy is the system which guarantee freedom to all human being equally without any discrimination. This system is the staunch supporter and advocate of a free society. It gives priority to the opinion of all citizen and awards equals opportunities to the citizens. That’s why Liberalism regards democracy the most suitable and reasonable system to govern the state and society to deal all the political, economical and social issues and without any skepticism there is no option to back but democracy.

 Relationship between freedom and Responsibility

Freedom and Responsibility are deemed the foundation of a sensible society. Where freedom exists, there should be a sense of responsibility. Freedom is the name of availability of  basic rights of life, like freedom of speech, freedom of thinking, social , economic and political rights. These all are given by a state. In all developed and civilized societies and everyone enjoys these rights.

Freedom means to leave one on his well to lead his life in a society as an individual. His all right by any angle should be ensured. The life of an individual must not be interrupted by the rules of a state in which he is living. Its basic rights must not be engulfed by the people of conservative mind people of society.  When one’s thought and future planning are interrupted by law of his state, it brings unacceptable repercussion to him. His all programs and planning are grounded by these laws and he feels that he is not able to do anything.

If the same person is awarded freedom in all spheres of life to adopt any way to live with honor in a society and serve his nation. Then in my point of view, it can be expected from him that this person will prove an asset to the society. This man can become an ideal to the society. His inspirational career of life will give a new spirit to his surroundings.

In viewing the importance of freedom one of the most significant elements is responsibility. The sense of responsibility is as important as freedom. An ideal of society will be a man who is responsible. Irresponsibility earns nothing but ruination. When a man gets freedom, he is always expected to follow the law of his respected state. If he revolts the basic rules, this means it took illicit advantage of liberty.

Those nations, who have given the right to their citizen to speak, express their thoughts, adopt their desired profession, along with religious and political rights. They have always been found responsible and ideal to their states.

We can take example of western countries where they are enjoying freedom with responsibility. They are playing a very great role in the development of their states. They do not take disadvantage of their authority. All the Muslim countries, despite have largest part of minerals and resources, are not able to stand on their on feet because of their undemocratic behavior toward their citizens. The leaders of Muslim states always try to have their hold on their citizen to enhance their rule. This thing wasted the abilities and capabilities of their public because they are not encouraging intelligent people as they deem them as a danger for their regime. In these intrigues they have destroyed a number of generations.

But it is west who encourage freedom with responsibility and gave all those right which are the basic rights of a citizen. They gave preference to the opinion of every man and established planning for the welfare of their generations in pure democratic culture. They didn't care of their govt and tries to do best something for their generation.

From this all discussion I mean that where the freedom with responsibility is granted to a society ,the people of that society do a great job and freedom is snatched or freedom without responsibility bring darkness, ruination and destruction.

Malala Yousafzai, Internationally recognized a Pakistani Pashtoon girl. Women are almost 50 percent of world population but their life standard is regrettable as compare to men. Though advanced countries have facilitated them as the men are but in developing countries where literacy rate is unexpectedly less and poverty has devastatingly hit their lives. They are more deprived and oppressed creature on those lands. In such despairing situation on October 10, 2014 where it was was a day of pride for Pakistan , the same moments were the rays of hope for all those societies who are struggling to make the lives of women better when Malala, aged 17, belong to a Pashtoon family, a Pakistani citizen nominated for a noble prize of 2014. Prime Minister of Pakistan, including political parties , civil societies an local, national and international media gave a special coverage. Her nomination was termed the biggest achievement not only for Malala but also for Pakistan. This appreciation made a heart touching environment as a whole in world and some political parties in Pakistan celebrated this day . Malala, first came to public attention through the heartfelt diary which published on BBC URDU website in 2009 .She mentioned her feeling about girl education and the worse condition for them due to war on terror. After that she interviewed to different Pakistani news channels and viewers got much impressed from her opinion and thoughts about the girl education.  On October 9, 2012 she was shot in head when she was on the to home from school. This incident catapulted her to international fame. After a delicate surgery in Pakistan and further treatment in United Kingdom she recovered in January in 2013. She stand up again and aired her voice in the favor of education. Malala explicitly stated that her voice will raise until she get success in her educational provision agenda to very child though one again shot her or not. She insisted that no religion is against the education which is is basic right of boy and girl. She started her education campaign globally and met to the Somalian President to make their effort to release 250 abducted children from Boko Haram. She got attention and voice was listened on international level. Malala was named one of the Time magazine's most influential people in 2013 and also have won 26 international awards.  The societies and living nation always generate and appreciate such girls, These enthusiastic girl staunchly play a good role in renaissance of nation and make them to revolt against narrow mindedness. Such girls like Malala was righteous to have such wards which she has gotten. Malala has inspired the girls in all over the world as you will have been seeing everyone that "I am Malala". This is not a simple word, it is a name of philosophy which lead to the enlightenment. Every one need to come forward to play a role of Malala. There should be a sense of responsibility to do something better today from yesterday as all the developed nation do. These nations did something and are on a position today. They didn't waste a second. Therefore they are considered the most prosperious nations. I saw in Pittsfied MA , a city of USA during my journalism fellowship program that despite having all requirements of life and 100 percent literacy rate they have established different kind of associations for welfare. Once i got an opportunity to participate in the celebration of 20th celebration of Zonta club which prime aim is to help the women locally, nationally and globally. Much number of women of Berkshire county were their.Mayor of the county was also their as a common man i mean without any special protocol as our people get among us. He also addressed the participants .  I saw a spirit and determination in the words and eyes of the Zonta club Members that they wanted to do much more for women to encourage them in their lives. These people always take first the duty to do and we put it secondary. Where we always take these program as a fun, and a mean to meet on another while sidelining the core agenda. These people are have much concerns about their job. It is applaudable that despite having all needs of life these people have much concerns about themselves. They think that there is much space to do something more better and it is right that the process of betterment is everlasting . It is the open secret that continues struggle the way to success.  In a nutshell Every one should be Malala to not take rest till we do something as we can see in these developed nations. We must have target to reach to it and this thing will make a difference Between died and alive, between good and worse.
