Pakistan has shown many ups and downs in last seven decades but one of its most important challange is unemployement where its majority of youth is unemployeed and jobless. Youth which is a weapon of any living nation our young generation has no opportunity to utilize its creativity in a productive activity in order to serve the state. They can not prove themseleves a valueable asset of the country. Causes; 

Though unemployment is caused by many elements but main causes are lack of proper facility of contemporary education , where a big ratio of young is out of school though it is male and female.One who get education, its syllabus is not up to the standard and the most considerable point is the difference in syllabus in governmental and private school. Energy crises which compel the businessmen to shut their factories in th state and they shifted it other countries like Bangladesh, Srilinka, and middle east, on the other hand war on terror effected the businesses in cities and bomb explosions and killing of innocents in public places has created the situation for these impoverished families. 

How it can be overcome;

If Pakistan want to root out the curse of unemployment while utilizing the talent of youth in order to coup the challenges.It have to take pragmatic and concrete steps. The government have to ensure the access of every child to education while equalizing the syllabus in all over the state. There should be no difference in the syllabus of private and government educational institutions. It will create a sense of quality education, which play a central role in overcoming the issue of unemployment.

The challenge of unemployment can be compete while resolving the issue of energy crises.Pakistan needs 25 Mega Watt electricity but it is generating only 18000 MW which is too less. This shortage of energy can be controlled while establishing dams and utilizing That coal and many resources. It will help to make better the field of Agriculture, and will help to make more factories while providing opportunities to the unemployed people of the society. It will not only help to prosper families but also help to raise the Gross Domestic Product GDP of the state and stabilize the economy of the court
